Role of Community Members

Community members are the key components of our community conferencing process. Through Restorative Justice, community has a voice in addressing crime in their midst. They participate in a discussion with people who have caused harm which is a facilitated conversation. The community member will be able to speak about the impact from their perspective both as an individual and a member of the community. Together with those who have caused harm they will co-create an agreement to repair the harm to the extent possible.
